Execution Inc

Execution Studio builds the software a business runs on

We design and build products, platforms and internal systems, from the first screen to the database behind it. The work is judged by whether the business can operate on it, not by how it looks in a mockup.

Products, public platforms, internal tools and data pipelines, built for clients and for ourselves.

Glass processing & architectural systems · 2024–2025

GlassTronic

One record from quote to factory job

A glass processor quotes, sells, fabricates and installs, and each of those steps has its own paperwork. A quote, a sale, a payment and a factory job rarely agreed on the same facts. The hard part of this account was joining those four records into one the factory could work from.

What we built

  • Public website for high-performance glass systems and architectural work
  • Customer sales flow from quote through order and payment
  • Factory operations system for production jobs and their status

The rest of the work

Thirteen more systems, from public products to payroll and accounting tools that run a business from the inside.

The problems we take on

The studio is organised around the kind of problem a business has, not the technology used to solve it. Each of these is drawn from work on this page.

01

Launching a product

When a product has to open to the public, the work is the path from first visit to first completed action: account, onboarding, payments and the screens behind them. Zekured brings its financial products through one onboarding path; GadaPay takes a merchant from onboarding and KYC through escrow terms, funding and release; PennyVest runs fractional property investing from its landing site through Paystack payment and account records.

02

Replacing an internal spreadsheet process

Spreadsheets survive because they are flexible, and they fail when several people need the same record at once. XtafPey moved a payroll run onto stored staff, pay-item and period records with validation before output. RecKip put inventory and financial records behind a real ledger, with journal entries, trial balance and statements generated from the same data. At GlassTronic, a quote, a sale, a payment and a factory job now resolve to one record.

03

Taking payments safely

Payments are a trust problem before they are a payments problem. GadaPay holds escrow funds against agreed terms, evidences each step and releases without ambiguity about who authorised what. PennyVest connects its investing platform to Paystack and keeps payment and account records together. Aeropaye shows a refund claim, its cancellation state and the account it settles to in one dashboard.

04

Making operational data usable

Operational systems produce more data than anyone can read, and the work is turning it into a record or an answer someone can act on. Lightgate ingests Stellar and Soroban ledger data, checkpoints progress and publishes per-position answers. GlassTronic's factory screens list production jobs and their status. Omnisocial keeps a content calendar, media library and analytics in one workspace.

Three ways to work with the studio

The shape of the engagement follows the problem. These are the three we use.

01

A defined build

A stated piece of software with an end in sight: a product, a platform, or a system that replaces a process. We scope it with you, build it, and hand over something that runs.

02

An embedded team

Our people work inside your team for a stretch of the roadmap, taking features end to end alongside your engineers and designers.

03

Ongoing support

After a build, we keep the system running: fixes, changes and the next set of features as the business moves.

Tell us what the business runs on

Describe the process, the product or the system that is causing trouble. We will tell you what we would build and whether we are the right studio for it.
